At Crown Forged, every piece is crafted and shipped with care. The information below outlines our delivery timelines, shipping process, and return policies for both custom and non-custom orders.
Delivery Policy
Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service) and occasionally other insured carriers as needed.
All shipments are insured for their declared value and include tracking.
Shipping Timeframes
Made-to-Order & Engraved Pieces: Typically ship within 4–6 weeks after design approval and deposit payment.
Custom Designs (CAD, Casting, or Complex Builds): May require 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and materials.
In-Stock Items: Ship within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Please note that production and shipping times may vary due to workload, holidays, or material sourcing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
You can monitor your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Shipping Insurance
All outgoing packages are shipped insured through the carrier chosen by Crown Forged.
Insurance cost is included or itemized on your invoice.
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, liability transfers to the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes for insured packages.
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take additional time.
Return & Refund Policy
Custom, Engraved, or Made-to-Order Pieces
All custom, engraved, or cast pieces are final sale once engraving, casting, or fabrication has begun.
Because each piece is handcrafted and unique, refunds or cancellations are not available after production starts.
If a project includes a CAD design fee or deposit, these fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Minor adjustments or touch-ups may be available after delivery — contact us for a quote.
In-Stock (Non-Custom) Items
Non-custom, non-engraved stock pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit, provided that:
The item is unworn and in original condition, and
It is returned with all original packaging.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email jeff@crownforged.com with your order details and reason for return.
If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for insured return shipping.
All returns must be shipped insured and trackable.
Items lost or damaged during return transit are the sender’s responsibility.
Refund & Store Credit Processing
Approved refunds or credits will be issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.
Store credits will be issued via email and can be applied toward future purchases.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at jeff@crownforged.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos and a description of the issue.
We will assess the situation and arrange for repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Final Sale Items
Items marked Final Sale or listed as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
Repairs & Adjustments
Crown Forged offers post-sale cleaning, resizing, or repair services for a fee.
